Who we are
About Daily Scripture Study
Daily Scripture Study exists for one simple reason: to help you know God more deeply through His Word.
Our Mission
In a world full of noise, opinions and half-truths, we believe the Bible remains the only reliable foundation for life. Our mission is to make deep, honest, Scripture-rooted teaching accessible to everyone — whether you have walked with Christ for decades or opened a Bible for the first time this week.
Every article on this site starts with a question real believers ask: Is praying in bed a sin? How do I know I am truly saved? What does the Bible actually say about marriage, money, or spiritual warfare? We take those questions seriously, open the Scriptures, and follow where they lead — even when the answer is challenging.
What We Publish
Our content is organized around five areas of the Christian life:
- Prayer — Learn how to pray with power and purpose. Biblical answers to your questions about prayer, and practical guidance to deepen your prayer life.
- Bible Study — Verse-by-verse explanations and practical methods to study the Bible for yourself, even as a complete beginner.
- Christian Living — Practical, Scripture-based guidance for everyday life: habits, relationships, struggles and decisions seen through the lens of God's Word.
- Salvation — What does it really mean to be saved? Honest, biblical answers about salvation, assurance, and walking with Christ.
- Biblical Wisdom — Timeless wisdom from Scripture — Proverbs, the life of Solomon and the teachings of Jesus — applied to modern life.
Our YouTube Channel
Daily Scripture Study began as a YouTube channel where we share video teachings on these same topics. Many of our articles are companion pieces to those videos — written for readers who prefer to study at their own pace, underline, and return to the Scriptures referenced. If you enjoy the articles, we would love for you to subscribe to the channel as well.
What We Believe
We believe the Bible is the inspired Word of God and the final authority for faith and life. We believe salvation is by grace alone, through faith alone, in Christ alone. And we believe that genuine faith transforms how we live — which is why so much of our writing focuses on the practical, everyday walk with God.
